This area starts at the Schuykill River and proceeds up Stanbridge St. to Elm St.  It goes down Elm St. to Markley St. and continues up Markley to Fornance St.  Fornance then proceeds until it hits Arch St. and Arch St. goes all the way down to the Schuykill again.
